Can I thank you and all your team for making our experience a personal and professional one. Can I make a special mention of how peaceful you made him look for us to view. I had seen him on the day of his passing and he looked distressed. His peaceful face at the viewing will be my last memory of him. When a close relative dies there is always emotion attached and you have made his final journey a sensitive and dignified one.
