Being honest we didn’t expect anything less given that you had previously taken care of Mr.L’s.wife.
The best way to sum up the service we received is to say it was professional, friendly and compassionate from the first phone call to the print when your team left us yesterday. Unfortunately, in this day and age, I do not expect to receive high standards as that seems a thing of the past. How refreshing to receive good old fashioned traditional service for a second time, Even members of the family commented on how friendly and professional your staff are. Thank you all.
